The question is, “What is the right message?” Sitebrand’s marketing automation software lets you quickly create and test personalized web campaigns. It also gives you reports that let you track the relative success of each campaign, to determine which one results in higher conversion. Sitebrand’s personalized web campaign management tool provides a content – or “A/B”—testing feature. This enables you to assign multiple content files (ads, messages, incentives, offers, etc.) to a single campaign, to test the effectiveness of each content file independently. You can assign a percentage value to each content file that will be used by the personalization engine to determine how often each content file is to be presented to site visitors. The suppression setting lets you define the percentage of time for which the campaign content is not presented to the target visitor even though the campaign triggered. Separate campaign effectiveness statistics are maintained for each individual content file as well as for the campaign as a whole. Marketers can then analyze the results and select the best content files for final circulation of the campaign. |
