Pretium Capital Corp. Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

Gatineau, QC — August 20, 2008 — Pretium Capital Corp. (TSX-V:PTA) today announced the results of its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on August 19, 2008. At the meeting, shareholders approved all matters including the election of Justin Shimoon, John Eckert, Peter Evans, Bruce Linton and Paul Amirault to the board of directors, the continuance of Pretium from the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) to the Canada Business Corporations Act and a change of name to "Sitebrand Inc."

Pretium will now seek necessary regulatory and TSX Venture Exchange approvals for the continuance and name change and upon receipt of such approvals Pretium will be in a position to file articles of continuance to give effect to those changes.
