Sitebrand appoints Chuck Rifici Chief Financial Officer, Vice-President Administration

Brings over 12 years of senior experience in the financial and operational management of technology companies

Gatineau, QC— April 5, 2007— Sitebrand, a leader in advanced software-based interaction marketing solutions for retailers, today announced the appointment of Chuck Rifici as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration. Mr. Rifici will be responsible for all financial, administrative, and human resources activities while enhancing business planning systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Mr. Rifici brings a new perspective to the senior management team of Sitebrand through his financial, operational, and entrepreneurial experience in high growth technology environments. He has held senior positions with Cybersuf Corp and Cyberus Online. Prior to Sitebrand he was Chief Financial Officer of Cybersurf Corp, a publicly traded Internet Service Provider listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mr. Rifici will report to Justin Shimoon, President and Chief Executive Officer, who announced Rifici’s appointment to the brand new position. “Creating this financial position is a very good move for Sitebrand. Chuck’s credentials and experience at bringing financial and operational rigor to rapidly growing technology companies makes him an invaluable addition to our management team. We look forward to his contributions as we execute on our growth plan.”

Mr. Rifici received his Masters of Business Administration from Queen’s University, and a Bachelor in Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
