Account Executive
To accommodate increasing customer demand, Sitebrand is expanding its sales team—seeking highly motivated solution sales professionals that possess a strong work ethic and a desire to excel. The ideal candidate will be energetic, determined to succeed, have superior communication and phone skills, and have experience in the software field.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Interact with leads and prospects (primarily via telephone) providing company and product information
- Identify high-potential prospects amongst existing and potential customers
- Assist with the execution of promotional activities and lead follow-up generated from print, electronic media, and corporate website
- Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to create market awareness
- Manage the complete sales cycle including the preparation of proposals, sales presentations, product demonstrations, negotiation and close
- Documenting business requirements for client initiatives
- Building mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Adhere to the highest level of ethics, integrity and honesty
- Involved in professional development. Maintain current knowledge of related sales and marketing goals, objectives, processes, procedures, and techniques
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications
- Dynamic, self-motivated positive individual with high energy and strength in driving new sales
- Consistent performance in meeting and exceeding sales-call quotas
- Minimum 3 years related experience in solution based selling
- Aggressive team player, eager and willing to give 100% of his/her energy and time
- Proven initiative and self starter capabilities
- A positive can-do attitude
- A desire to learn and understand Sitebrand's solution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships
